The company I work for promotes a high performance culture. Internal job postings require the applicant to be high performing.
I wonder if I should try dancing on a tightrope?

The corporate phrase I hate most, which is used ad nauseum (I don't like that phrase either, but I've never used it before and how ironic is this) is GOING FORWARD. Going forward I'm going to shoot anyone who uses this phrase.
